21k today went well:) for my 1st time i clocked 1h 50min. Without much training. Last run was 3 weeks back. So i guess if i train i shd go below 1:40. anyway i think i've mastered a new tactic that works for me. A breathing tactic that lets me stay up longer than others with less training. Was trying to explain to vic the other time but nvm. As long as it works for me. And seriously la. I think smoking doesn't affect runners that adversely. I'm not advocating smoking btw. It's jus me. Like my new breathing theory.
ok away from e run. So i missed church cos of it(ahm). And then went home and ko'ed. Till 5. Then found it to be raining cats dogs and their young. And din wan stay at home. So jio'ed jw and ber to play pool. Pooled at bugis. Not bad. But a bit ex. And then had dinner and went jw house do e-sizing. Anyhow do. Haha. and jus got home.
having this stupid stomachache since i ate that banana after my run. Feel i'm gonna ko again soon. Plus my legs are really killing me.
tmr's my birthday. Took birthday off.which is good. Cant imagine working on my birthday. Really no morale already. Down down. Jus keeping myself afloat only.. Anyway what's giving up if u'd never had it in e 1st place? Cos then u cant give anything up rite? Haha.
