humans seem to exert and wield a very huge amount of power over themselves and wherever they may be

must be due to the will

the human will
willpower

willpower changes everything

from the littlest of events like coming to school on time
all the way to

affecting how u will turn out as an adult in 10 years time.

it seems that u control destiny

and that fate doesnt exist

but that is the optimistic viewpoint

the realistic view
(never call it the pessimistic view-
the "pessimistic" view is often the closest and the best one can expect from certain situations-it is realistic...usually..because it involves no endorphins that cause u to be disillusioned
indeed when one hopes for the worst and the outcome isnt nearly as bad one is relieved..
better than getting ur hopes up i suppose..then again, this is only my opinion)

i believe we can controll our destiny and fate to some extent
but we often lack the ability to see furthur than the present

leaves u in despair

then its anger/hurt/sadness/helplessness again
